We have co-ordinated a Multi-Agency Support Team in the Area for the last seven years. This has developed into the Clifton Project with over twenty co-located workers and an additional thirty local service providers making up an Extended Team. This has given more timely and intensive support to vulnerable families and children. We have an improved understanding of the roles of other Agencies and better relationships between Agencies. This has encouraged joint hypothesis testing and problem solving between Agencies.
