The Voices Foundation was formed in 1993 with the vision of supporting teachers in teaching music. It is based however on the incredible legacy of the Hungarian Zoltan Kodaly, teaching children simple songs and using them to develop advanced skills at a very early age. Five of our schools in the Zone now adopt the Voices Foundation approach as a whole-school approach, with all the others schools currently coming on board, and the results are incredible.
What resources are available?
Resources are straightforward, inexpensive and easily understood, using the Growing With Music books.
What are the training implications?
A wide range of INSET options are available through our accredited Voices Foundation Local Advisory Teacher.
