ICT Technician/Information Systems Officer
37 hours per week, term-time only
Fixed term to 31st August 2012
Salary: ATP&C
Band I point 34 (£28,636)
Pro-rata £24,781
The Clifton Partnership is looking to appoint an ICT Technician/Information Systems Officer.
The Officer will join a very successful team who provide a range of additional support across the partnership of schools within the Clifton Partnership Learning Community.
The role involves:
Supporting the purchase, installation, networking of hardware and software.
Providing a diagnostic 'trouble shooting' service.
Assisting in the delivery of ICT to children within the partner schools, developing the Partnership’s website and providing ICT support across a range of other activities within the Learning Community.
Providing technical support and In-service training for school staff in the use of the Mapping Attainment Grid (MAG) software for schools in Rotherham and neighbouring local authorities.
Organising localised training and support sessions to provide onsite support and software demonstrations.
Supporting schools in the management and transfer of data at year end.
Providing technical maintenance and support of school based computer hardware, software and data systems across our Schools.
Promoting the software to potential clients.
The MAG is a product designed, developed and marketed by the Clifton Partnership Learning Community. Full training on the MAG software will be provided for the successful applicant.
